High school friends, Connie & Tracy, had always dreamed of opening up a business together after graduating college with degrees in accounting, but that wasn’t possible at the time. Years later, during the 2020 global pandemic, they finally had time to think about how that dream could become a reality, and furthermore, how they could obtain the work life balance they knew was possible but had never experienced. At her previous job working at a local Colorado Springs hospital, Tracy had met Colette who was excellent at project management, and knew she’d be the perfect addition to the team. As the idea for the new business grew, the trio knew they wanted a name that represented who they wanted to be: strong women who overcame their circumstances to create lives they love. The story of the Greek goddess, Circe, was the perfect tale that encompassed exactly that. A goddess of great power, knowledge, and strength, she turned her enemies into animals and was to be greatly respected. Circe Solutions aims to do similarly by taking any challenge their clients' are up against and facing it head on!

Tracy
Tracy has over 27 years of experience in the Finance and Healthcare fields. Tracy has worked across the healthcare continuum providing financial, planning and operational guidance. She has helped clients navigate both financial and operational audits and has overseen multiple large dollar financing and bond issuances. Tracy has also developed customized financial trainings for Non Profit Boards and Management. Getting to know her clients and watching them succeed is her biggest passion and her “why” behind running her own business. Her unique ability to merge the “people” and “numbers” parts of a business allow her to be part of her client’s successes.
Colette
Over two decades, Colette has gained vast experience across the healthcare spectrum. Whether it is practice management, nursing homes and extended living facilities, rural health and critical access hospitals, or behavioral health services and large healthcare systems, she is well-equipped to help businesses plan and execute their goals. Her experience includes strategic planning, business development, board education, operations, quality program development and oversight, fundraising and compliance. She started Circe Solutions as a way to assist clients in taking their visions to completion and success, all while providing organization and project management so each company’s team can focus on their critical roles. Mentoring others to create and achieve their goals is her biggest passion, and she is sure to encourage any team she works with!
Connie
Connie has comprehensive experience in tax compliance and management consulting. Connie has worked across industries with experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Contracting, Non Profit and Service industries. She has extensive experience in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax authorities. Connie also teaches college courses in Accounting, Tax, Entrepreneurship and Computer Software. Her favorite part of being a CPA is helping clients understand the language of business, and in so doing, help them achieve their goals. She started Circe to focus more on the consulting and coaching side of business. Connie firmly believes that teaching clients how to achieve their goals will serve them best in the long run and hopes to serve her clients by being an extension of their business, helping them to get the job done.

I went flying in a hot air balloon at the Great Balloon Race in Reno, NV.
